When Will is stressed about a deadline and the Producers don't know where their next meal break is coming from, it is Gill who waves a magic 'settling' wand . A Chartered Accountant, it is Gill who actually runs the business. She has become, however, a crucial member of our development team often coming up with great ideas and all of them carefully judged to suit broadcasters' needs. She has spearheaded new work flows with new digital technology, managed offices Stratford, London and Manchester simultaneously and has advised other Independent companies on the management systems they need to ensure broadcaster confidence.
