All Independent Production companies need a Louise - she keeps us on the straight and narrow when it comes to spending money! A fully trained management accountant, it is Louise who makes sure we have the money to be creative. It's easy to leak money when producing TV, but Lou stops all that with her rigorous use of purchase orders and a unique power over all of us - she organises the pay cheques!
